The Washington Commanders pulled off a huge 32-21 upset over the formerly undefeated Philadelphia Eagles. Taylor Heinicke went 17-of-29 for 221 yards and an interception but made a clutch, situational awareness play in the fourth quarter. Colin Cowherd says it is time to hold on.
