On Tuesday, June 7th, Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Zone 2 officials arrested Nicholas E. Duitsman, a 25-year-old male of Polo, IL, for six counts of Possession of Child Pornography (Class 2 Felony).
On June 7th, ISP DCI Investigators executed an arrest warrant at Duitsman’s residence in the 1800 block of Brookfield Road, Polo, IL, following an investigation involving child pornography.
During the investigation, DCI investigators secured evidence supporting the arrest of Duitsman, who is currently being held at the Ogle County Jail on a $50,000 bond, 10% to apply. The investigation remains open and on-going. No further information will be disseminated by the Illinois State Police.
