Alison E. Chaffee, 42, of Rochelle was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for an equipment violation on Saturday, May 7th, at 2:55 a.m., on 2nd Avenue and 2nd Street in Sterling and was charged with obstructing identification and possession of drug paraphernalia. Chaffee was released on an I-bond.
Vincent A. Henn, 25, of Oswego was stopped for speeding on Sunday, May 8th, at 12:46 a.m., on IL Route 38 and Brookside Drive in Rochelle and was wanted on a Will County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. Henn posted 10% of the $7,500.00 bond and was released.
The public is reminded that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
