In the 89th District Tony McCombie handily won her race.
For the Illinois Senate 37th District Win Stoller defeated Dixon businessman Brett Nicklaus. Stoller received 51% of the vote with Nicklaus receiving 49%.
Representative Tom Demmer was chosen to be the Republican nominee for State Treasurer. Demmer will run against incumbent Michael Frerichs in November.
